Returns and Exchanges Policy
Due to the made to order nature of my custom order products. I can not offer refunds or returns except for in cases of craftsmanship issues.

In stock, finished pillows, quilts, or sweatshirt bags are returnable if there is a defect with the product.
Please email Julie at Moss Re-Creations within 5 days of receipt before returning any product for refund.
If product is damaged through shipping I will do my best to replace the damaged product or refund your money.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs of T-shirts/clothing to Moss Re-Creations for their custom orders.
Ready to ship and custom made products like T-shirt pillows and sweatshirt bags are shipped USPS with insurance.
Moss Re-Creations has a waiting list for custom-made products.
Please convo if you have a special due date to make sure I can meet your deadline.
Custom made is a special skill and requires working on projects one at a time.
I am a one woman business and provide quality products that take time to produce.
If you are willing to wait, you will be very pleased with my finished product!
